Multi-Site Store Manager

About the role

The Multi-Site Store Manager will lead several London‑based Rails stores, ensuring each location delivers a premium brand experience while meeting sales and profitability targets. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive operational excellence across the assigned sites.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, service standards, visual merchandising and daily operations across all assigned stores.
• Analyse retail KPIs, identify growth opportunities and implement improvement plans to boost financial performance.
• Develop and tailor business plans for each location to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor staffing models and floor coverage to optimise peak‑period performance.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Lead performance management, succession planning and talent development across sites.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives across in‑store, virtual and alternative touchpoints.
• Partner with store teams to create local activations, events and community relationships that increase traffic and loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple retail store teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop store leadership in a fast‑moving fashion environment.
