Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Severnside

About the role

We are seeking several Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our Severnside Engineering team, supporting both Dairy and Blow Moulding operations. You will work on processing, packaging and high‑speed bottle manufacturing lines, ensuring production runs smoothly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned, reactive and corrective maintenance across the site with a strong electrical focus.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Support basic automation troubleshooting and implement improvements.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), condition‑based maintenance (CBM) and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Identify root causes and drive long‑term fixes to enhance reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• Strong electrical knowledge complemented by solid mechanical understanding.
• Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and continuous‑improvement tools.
• HNC or equivalent qualification preferred; IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
