Multi Skilled Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team, delivering high‑quality trade repairs across void and occupied properties in Basildon, Essex. You will work on a variety of tasks, using a handheld device to receive and complete assignments safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out trade repairs and maintenance work in social housing settings.
• Use a handheld device to log tasks, follow health and safety procedures, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a company vehicle for work‑related travel and attend sites across the region.
• Provide excellent customer service and achieve first‑time fix rates.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in two trades or a Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi‑Trade Repairs Operative qualification.
• Blue CSCS card or higher, with strong health and safety knowledge.
• Valid full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Customer‑focused attitude with experience in both void and occupied properties.
