Multi Skilled Engineer (PPM Smokes Operative)

About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (PPM Smokes Operative) to join our Westminster Gas Contract team. Based at our Goldney Road office, you will deliver high‑quality repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive repairs, including plumbing, tiling, painting and general building maintenance.
• Use a handheld device to receive, record and complete tasks efficiently.
• Work safely and in line with health and safety best practice to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Level 2 City & Guilds/NVQ qualification in Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent.
• Blue CSCS card (preferred) and solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Experience working in both occupied and void properties within a social housing setting.
