Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer

About the role

You will become a valued member of a dynamic team delivering high‑quality building services and fabric works.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and fire safety systems.
• Diagnose faults and implement efficient repairs.
• Undertake repairs to building fabric and structures as required.
• Install new equipment such as boilers, radiators, pipework, electrical fittings and plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants and occupants.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installation and plumbing.
• Systematic and logical approach to tasks and problem‑solving.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Installation of building services equipment.
• Plumbing and pipework work.
• HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems.
• Electrical systems and fire safety installations.
• Building fabric repair and maintenance.
