Multi-skilled Groundworker

About the role

As a Multi-skilled Groundworker you will carry out repair and improvement works across Lancashire, ensuring safety, efficiency and client satisfaction. You will work on‑site, liaising with office staff, managers and customers while supporting colleagues as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all ground‑work repair and improvement tasks safely and to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, managers and customers.
• Provide support to colleagues and undertake additional duties as directed by management.
• Plan, prioritise and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Competent in flagging, fencing and brickwork.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health & safety requirements.
• Experience with housing associations and repairs is desirable.
