Multi-skilled Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Multi-skilled Joiner to join our field team across Lancashire. You will deliver repair and improvement projects safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of our housing association clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of repair and improvement tasks, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, managers, colleagues and customers.
• Provide support to team members as directed by your manager.
• Adhere to health and safety standards on all sites.
• Perform any additional duties appropriate to the job level.

Required profile

• Competent in at least two trades, one of which must be joinery (e.g., plumbing, plastering, tiling, roofing, glazing).
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements.
• Experience in a housing association environment is desirable.
