Multi-skilled Machine Operator – Days & Nights

About the role

Tobermore Concrete Products Ltd is expanding its manufacturing site in Tobermore and is looking for versatile operators to work both day and night shifts. You will join a dynamic production team, supporting a range of plant operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, run and monitor machines using computerised controls.
• Perform forklift duties for material handling and stock movement.
• Carry out routine cleaning of machine plants and work areas.
• Execute mould changes and adjust production parameters according to the plan.
• Conduct quality inspections and record production data on the Tobermore tablet.
• Support the production team with general operative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible day or night shift patterns, including occasional Saturdays.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and cleaning procedures at the end of each shift.
• Good numeracy to complete check, snag and batching sheets accurately.
• Commitment to achieving production targets and efficient cycle times.
