Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Join Carlsberg Britvic’s integrated beverage powerhouse as a Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for keeping production equipment running at peak performance across our manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to breakdowns, carry out effective repairs and execute preventative maintenance in line with the Britvic Work System (BWS).
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures, including LOTO, Permit to Work and statutory requirements.
• Own site reliability metrics, drive continuous improvement using Lean tools such as TPM, RCM, RCA, PDCA and 5S.
• Lead or participate in zero‑loss teams to optimise utilities and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop engineering solutions that support high‑performance manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate records in the SAP PM system for maintenance activities and spare‑part usage.
• Support capital engineering projects with the Central Engineering Department, ensuring delivery on cost, quality and schedule.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work shift patterns (4 on/4 off, 12‑hour shifts).

• SAP PM
• Lean maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM, RCA, PDCA, 5S)
• Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out (LOTO) procedures
• Permit‑to‑Work systems
