Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Late Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in Southall. The role is based on a permanent late shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday‑Friday) and offers a balanced work‑life schedule within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery.
• Provide reactive breakdown support to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Support continuous improvement projects across the site.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Recognised engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Previous multi‑skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or similar industrial settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team.
• Strong focus on health and safety and engineering best practice.
