Multi Skilled Operative – Facilities Management

About the role

The Multi Skilled Operative will support the delivery of Facilities Management services across the Bordon site and other locations in Hampshire and Wiltshire. You will work proactively to meet SLA targets, ensure quality compliance and uphold health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with service delivery of Facilities Management across the site and satellite locations.
• Maintain a proactive approach to meeting SLA targets, quality compliance and health & safety obligations.
• Carry out building works including general carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Identify, repair and prevent faults in building fabric throughout the contract period.
• Act as the focal point for all building fabric maintenance and repairs, collaborating with the FM team.

Required profile

• Valid car/van driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Knowledge of relevant health & safety requirements such as COSHH and RIDDOR (desirable).
• IPAF 3a and 3b certification (desirable).
