Multi-Skilled Trade Operative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Trade Operative to deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance services across residential properties. You will work on a variety of tasks including joinery, plumbing and general building repairs, ensuring homes are safe, warm and of good quality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multi‑skilled works such as joinery, plumbing and building‑related repairs on empty homes and planned maintenance projects.
• Champion customers’ right to safe and comfortable homes by delivering “right first time” services.
• Maintain strong health and safety standards on all sites.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and suppliers.
• Use computer‑based systems for job reporting and planning.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence for travel between sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a multi‑skilled trade operative with a passion for quality workmanship.
• Qualifications or experience (C&G, NVQ or equivalent) in at least two of the following trades: joinery, plumbing, building maintenance.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to adopt new software systems after training.
• Personal values that align with client expectations and company culture.

What we offer
