Multi Skilled Worker – Plasterer

About the role

Prima Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker – Plasterer to join a leading North West housing association. You will carry out repair, maintenance and improvement works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, supporting the organisation’s aim to become the contractor of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of plastering repairs, maintenance and improvement tasks across multiple properties.
• Locate properties using maps and directions, organise daily jobs by priority and appointment times.
• Document orders, job sheets and produce accurate reports on work completed.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, managers, colleagues and customers.
• Assist colleagues to ensure timely completion of jobs and attend health‑and‑safety training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with Prima Group’s health and safety policies and undertake relevant CPD.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and pride in the quality of work.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in the core trade (plastering) – Level 3 desirable.
• PASMA training desirable.
