Multi Trade Carpenter – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Multi Trade Carpenter to join our direct trades team delivering high‑quality installations across residential properties in Bournemouth and the surrounding South West region. You will work on both first‑fix and second‑fix projects, providing a valued service to homeowners, including vulnerable settings.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out first‑fix and second‑fix carpentry installations, including kitchen fitting.
• Perform void property upgrades and minor works such as plumbing, patch plastering and tiling.
• Work independently or as part of a trade team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain professional conduct and excellent customer service while working in clients’ homes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑trade carpentry, preferably within domestic settings.
• Motivated and able to achieve individual and team output targets.
• Full, current UK driving licence – essential for the role.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
