Multi Trade Operative

About the role

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our Capital/Planned Works team in Churchdown. You will fit kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms in residential properties, carry out carpentry, and perform minor plumbing and tiling tasks while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Fit kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms to first and second fix standards.
• Carry out carpentry work and minor plumbing and tiling installations.
• Provide professional customer service in homes, including vulnerable settings.
• Work independently or as part of a trade team to meet project targets.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade.
• Previous experience as a Multi‑Trade operative with first and second fix installation work, preferably in domestic settings.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Motivated and able to meet individual and team output targets.
• Full, current UK driving licence (essential).
