Multi Trade Operative – London (Tower Hamlets)

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Trade Operative to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services across the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham. You will work on a variety of property tasks, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, responsive repairs and void works on residential properties.
• Carry out property MOT inspections and address specialist and secondary trade requirements.
• Manage carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring tasks.
• Complete work efficiently within agreed deadlines while maintaining safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trade operative with a broad skill set across multiple trades.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to use a company vehicle for work.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to undergo a basic criminal record check.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and reliability.
