Multi Trade Operative – Rainham, East London

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Multi‑Trade Operative to deliver first‑class maintenance and repair services to properties across Rainham and surrounding areas. You will work on a variety of specialist and secondary trades, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
• Complete tasks efficiently and within required deadlines.
• Utilise company‑provided van and tools while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide high‑quality customer care on all site visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trade operative with a broad skill set.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to reside in England or Wales.
• Clear basic criminal record check.
