Multi Trade Operative – Roofer (Orpington)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced roofer who also has abilities in other trades to join our team covering Orpington, Bromley, Penge and surrounding areas. You will deliver a first‑class service to our properties, handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, responsive repairs and void works across multiple properties.
- Perform property MOTs and specialist trade tasks, as well as secondary trade duties.
- Complete all work efficiently and within required deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a roofer with additional trade skills.
- Strong customer‑care attitude and reliability.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales.
- Clear basic criminal record check.

What we offer
- Salary range £34,359 – £42,759 per year.
- £125 monthly London Weighting allowance.
- Company van, tools, bonus scheme and regular overtime.
- Permanent contract, 40‑hour week.
