Multi Trade Plasterer – Damp & Mould Disrepair

About the role

Liberty Property Maintenance, part of the WPS Group, is seeking a Multi Trade Plasterer to join its damp & mould disrepair team delivering high‑quality repairs across social housing in Bradford and the wider Northeast.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, plumbing and joinery works in tenanted properties.
• Treat mould and perform damp remediation.
• Diagnose issues, plan and execute work independently on‑site.
• Move between properties, completing jobs ranging from a single day to larger projects.
• Ensure properties are safe, clean and ready for handover.
• Liaise with customers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Experience in damp and mould disrepair within social housing.
• Proven multi‑trade plasterer background (core trade plus additional skill).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
