Multi Trader – Property Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading repairs and maintenance contractor in the social housing sector to hire a Multi Trader for our Uxbridge/Guildford area. You will deliver routine property maintenance, handling several jobs each day while ensuring high‑quality workmanship and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across social housing properties, including plumbing and carpentry work.
• Complete multiple job orders per day, responding to call‑outs and scheduled work.
• Maintain accurate records using a PDA and job‑scheduling software.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and asbestos awareness procedures.
• Drive company van safely and responsibly for business use.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or a similar environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications (plumbing, carpentry, etc.) and a valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness certification and knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check with no unspent convictions.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
