Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Damage Recovery

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Damage Recovery team as a Multilingual Customer Support Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact between customers, branches and the recovery department, handling vehicle damage claims across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer enquiries related to vehicle damage claims.
• Liaise with branch managers, internal teams and external parties to investigate and resolve claims.
• Maintain accurate records of each claim and ensure timely progression to a successful conclusion.
• Provide clear communication to customers in English and an additional language (German, French or Spanish).
• Support the department with administrative tasks, negotiation and basic litigation preparation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Intermediate proficiency in German, French or Spanish.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday within the 8:00‑18:00 shift window.
