Multilingual Recruitment Consultant – London

About the role

Finatal is seeking ambitious, multilingual graduates to join its London team as Recruitment Consultants, supporting European private‑equity markets. The role is hybrid, with four days a week in the Piccadilly Circus office, and focuses on placing C‑suite talent in high‑growth, PE‑backed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts across European markets.
• Source and engage C‑suite candidates via headhunting, referrals and advertising.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and secure successful placements.
• Continuously develop market expertise and personal brand.

Required profile

• Fluent or native proficiency in English plus at least one additional European language (French, Italian, Spanish or a Nordic language).
• Highly driven, competitive and results‑oriented.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Resilient, entrepreneurial and proactive.
• Curious, commercially minded and eager to build long‑term relationships.
