Multimodal Pricing Specialist – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are looking for a Multimodal Pricing Specialist to join our freight forwarding team. You will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive quotations for air and ocean freight across import, export and cross‑trade shipments, supporting our commercial and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely freight quotations for import, export and cross‑trade shipments.
• Source and negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and logistics partners.
• Analyse freight costs, margins and market trends to ensure commercially viable pricing.
• Support sales teams with pricing information to win and retain customers.
• Respond to client enquiries on costs, transit times and service options.
• Assist with RFQs, pricing proposals and new business opportunities.
• Monitor pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports on pricing performance and profitability.

Required profile

• Experience in air freight or ocean freight operations or pricing.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.
