Multi‑Skilled Engineer – Maintenance (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join the in‑house Maintenance team at the Hurlingham Club, a prestigious private members’ club in Fulham. Working 40 hours per week, you will ensure the estate’s buildings and facilities remain safe, functional and beautifully maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry, joinery, fabric and general building maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests across the estate.
• Use the CAFM system to log and update maintenance activities.
• Support colleagues across a range of maintenance disciplines.
• Participate in on‑call and weekend rota when required.

Required profile

• Proactive engineer with strong experience in carpentry, joinery or general building maintenance.
• Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred).
• Good knowledge of domestic and commercial property maintenance.
• Confidence using hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and a flexible, team‑focused attitude.
