Multi‑Skilled Hotel Team Member

About the role

As a Multi‑Skilled Hotel Team Member you will support the daily operations of a busy city‑centre hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will work across several front‑of‑house areas, from reception to food service, adapting quickly to the needs of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare and serve drinks, assist with breakfast service and occasional pizza preparation.
• Answer phone calls, respond to reception emails and perform cashier duties.
• Support security, health and safety procedures and carry out basic cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork and guest‑service focus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with a valid work visa.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
