About the role
We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Southall on a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern. You will be responsible for maintaining a range of automated production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation and meet production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive breakdown repairs
- Continuous improvement activities
- Supporting production performance and machine reliability
- Maintaining health and safety standards across the site
Required profile
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or automated production environments
- Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
