Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

About the role

We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our modern facility near Dorchester. You will work on a rotating shift pattern, providing fault‑finding and repair services for a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment while enjoying a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to optimise machine performance.
• Order and manage spare parts as required.
• Perform equipment installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical or electro‑mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Willingness to undertake first‑class training and develop new skills.
• Ability to commute to the Dorchester site.
• Valid UK work permit.
