About the role
We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established packaging manufacturer in Warminster. The role offers a stable, long‑term position with a three‑shift pattern designed to support work‑life balance, quarterly bonuses and optional overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery.
- Respond promptly to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Maintain and service Flexographic printers, die cutters and gluers.
- Work within a 5‑day week schedule with optional weekend overtime.
Required profile
- Experience working on manufacturing or production machinery.
- Knowledge of the 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment.
