About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory in Ruislip. The role offers a competitive salary of £44,000 with OTE up to £50,000 and the chance to develop technically or move into management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and fault‑finding on a range of automated production machinery.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime.
• Respond to reactive and breakdown maintenance incidents in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve reliability and efficiency of plant assets.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Relevant engineering qualification.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑speed factory environment.
