Multi‑Skilled Operative – Carpenter (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for two customer‑focused multi‑skilled operatives with a strong carpentry background to join our team in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. You will work on a variety of maintenance projects inside our customers' homes, ensuring properties are kept to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and replace doors and windows, including UPVC and composite units.
• Re‑hand timber and garage doors, install fences and carry out locksmithing tasks.
• Maintain staircases, handrails, floors and kitchen units.
• Manage and replenish van stock, and travel to customer sites.
• Work safely at heights, in confined spaces and with heavy objects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry or a multi‑skilled trade.
• Strong multi‑trade background, especially with UPVC/composite doors and windows.
• Health and Safety training and a full, valid driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check (cost covered by us).
