Multi‑Trade Operative – Carpenter & Plumber (Wisbech)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Trade Operative with strong carpentry and plumbing abilities to join our team in Wisbech. You will provide first‑class maintenance and repair services across our residential portfolio, covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, responsive repairs and void works for properties.
• Perform property MOTs and ensure all specialist trade work meets quality standards.
• Manage secondary trade tasks as required, delivering work efficiently and on schedule.
• Utilise a company‑provided van for travel between sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a carpenter and plumber, with the ability to handle additional trades.
• Reliable, customer‑focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Clear to undergo a basic criminal record check.
