National Account Manager – Convenience & Wholesale

About the role

The Business is a globally backed FMCG company expanding its premium snacking portfolio into the high‑potential Convenience and Wholesale channel in the UK. Reporting to the Business Director, the National Account Manager will own the commercial strategy and execution for this critical channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK Convenience and Wholesale strategy, driving growth and market share.
• Expand distribution and visibility of the premium snacking range across key accounts and new customers.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and create compelling commercial plans to unlock growth.
• Own full P&L responsibility, managing investment and balancing short‑term results with long‑term brand value.
• Collaborate with NPD, supply chain, and marketing to ensure flawless market delivery.
• Build senior‑level relationships with retail buying, supply, and category functions.

Required profile

• Commercially driven, growth‑mindset account leader.
• Proven experience in channel strategy and execution within FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market opportunities and drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
