National Account Manager - Food Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager – Food Services to lead strategic relationships across the UK food‑service sector. You will manage key accounts, drive sales growth and develop long‑term partnerships while travelling extensively from our Basingstoke head office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts (approximately 50% of focus), ensuring a 100% retention ambition.
• Identify and secure new business extensions, delivering machine and NSV growth targets (around 30% of focus).
• Build and nurture stakeholder networks with contract caterers and their clients.
• Develop and execute account retention plans, managing risks and repeat‑business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Foodservice and National teams to uncover additional opportunities.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer experience and resolve issues professionally.
• Represent Lavazza values internally and with customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the food‑service or related sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to create long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Customer‑centric mindset with excellent negotiation and service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, based in Basingstoke.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across functions.
