National Account Manager

About the role

The National Account Manager will be responsible for a selected group of retailers for Dior perfumes and cosmetics in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will develop partnerships, create joint business plans and drive market share, profit and brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Commercial Manager in defining a 3‑year vision and strategy for each retailer and monitor annual progress.
• Prepare annual budgets, negotiate commercial terms and retail tactics such as trade‑marketing plans, distribution and staffing.
• Track monthly and quarterly trading results (retail, gross and net sales, stock, returns, DSO) and propose actions to improve performance.
• Manage the P&L for the assigned retailers, reviewing spend against budget and ensuring profit targets are met.
• Collaborate with Operations to forecast launch quantities, secure sell‑in, monitor stock levels and resolve out‑of‑stock situations.
• Oversee account administration, monitor payments with Finance and act as the primary contact for each retailer.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance business performance and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury goods, cosmetics or related retail environments.
• Proven ability to build strong retailer relationships and manage complex commercial agreements.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring sales, inventory and financial KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
