National Account Manager

About the role

Our client, a large property maintenance and facilities management business, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive revenue growth, retain key customers and add value across a portfolio of national accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets and organic growth across assigned accounts, expanding product penetration and service line usage.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with national and key accounts, overseeing renewals and retention initiatives.
• Develop and manage a high‑quality pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear revenue visibility.
• Gain deep knowledge of each account’s stakeholders and opportunities to drive relationship‑led growth.
• Identify and execute cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, passing qualified leads to business development teams when appropriate.
• Implement commercial strategies and engagement plans set by senior commercial leadership.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in national or key account management within a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and forecasting capabilities.
