About the role
The National Credit Controller will work closely with National Account Managers to open new accounts, support existing national accounts and help the team meet its KPIs. You will handle a variety of customer queries, build strong relationships, review credit limits and ensure accurate invoicing and statements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to open and manage new accounts.
- Respond to national account queries via email and telephone.
- Maintain and update customer credit limits.
- Create bespoke statements and invoices to meet customer requirements.
- Support the team in achieving set KPIs.
Required profile
- Bright, aware and enthusiastic.
- Numerate, imaginative and computer literate.
- Willing to learn; finance office experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Enjoy working in a lively, fun environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
