National Partnership Executive

About the role

Veolia is seeking a National Partnership Executive to manage and develop key customer relationships across the UK within the waste management sector. The role focuses on driving operational compliance, continuous improvement and resource‑efficiency projects while supporting the company’s ecological transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a coaching and audit programme to ensure full compliance with agreed processes at customer sites, supply‑chain locations and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve operational issues arising from non‑compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Produce timely reports on activities and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation projects.
• Manage seasonal schedules such as the annual Christmas service and other peak‑trading periods.
• Participate in customer business reviews and support service reviews to maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven account‑management experience in commercial waste management or a related industrial service.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders across multiple locations.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
