About the role
Health Partners is seeking a Nationwide Trainer to deliver engaging drug and alcohol awareness and competency training to organisations across the UK. You will help clients understand and comply with their substance‑misuse policies, fostering safer workplaces and improved employee wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver face‑to‑face and live online training sessions on drug and alcohol awareness for clients and their staff at all levels.
- Provide practical competency training on sample collection and testing procedures, ensuring legal defensibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the training team to create and update supporting materials such as videos, leaflets, posters and e‑learning modules.
- Monitor training effectiveness, gather audit feedback and suggest continuous improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure clear communication between Health Partners and clients.
- Assist the administration team with process improvements and support internal training for new starters.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering adult training, preferably in health, safety or compliance.
- Ability to travel nationwide and adapt training style for both in‑person and virtual environments.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up‑to‑date with industry standards.
Required skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol testing protocols and legal requirements.
- Competence in developing training materials (videos, leaflets, e‑learning).
