About the role
Join Hyde as an NEC Applications Change Specialist, working within the Business Systems Team to enhance and evolve the NEC Housing Management application. This hybrid role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the London office to collaborate with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert technical knowledge of NEC Housing Management to drive change initiatives.
- Develop, test, and implement application modifications according to specifications.
- Support application upgrades and introduce new functionality.
- Identify and deliver process and technical improvements.
- Offer consultancy and training to internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong experience with NEC Housing Management software.
- Proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL scripting (preferred).
- Ability to manage project workloads and deliver technical solutions.
