Neighbourhood Response Manager

About the role

The Neighbourhood Response Manager will lead the LiveSmart Over‑55s housing team across the South region. Based in Leatherhead with hybrid working, you will ensure contractors deliver high‑quality services for our housing schemes and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the regional LiveSmart team.
• Coordinate with contractors to maintain smooth delivery of housing services.
• Identify improvement priorities and work with other departments to implement changes.
• Travel weekly across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to visit schemes and attend meetings.
• Maintain compliance with housing legislation and organisational policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships.
• Track record of delivering results in housing management.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and best practice.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass a Basic Criminal Record Check.
