.NET Software Developer – Hybrid (Cambridge)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and curious Software Developer to join our Cambridge team. You will design, build and support .NET‑based web or desktop solutions, preferably on Azure, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver reliable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support software solutions using .NET technologies.
• Manage the backlog, refine requirements and deliver high‑quality software together with the team.
• Adopt a “you build it, you run it” mindset by maintaining the products and code you create.
• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Improve team efficiency, scalability and engineering practices using modern tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software development experience, ideally with .NET web or desktop technologies.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming in C#, C++, Java or Python.
• Familiarity with version control, TDD, BDD or similar development practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively while being self‑driven and eager to learn.
• Good problem‑solving skills and the capacity to troubleshoot technical challenges.
