.NET Windows Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client in Essex is seeking a permanent .NET Windows Developer to join a fast‑paced team delivering innovative software solutions. You will modernise legacy Windows applications, contribute to cloud migration initiatives and work closely with business users and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Windows desktop applications and services.
• Refactor and migrate legacy codebases to C#/.NET and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Support Azure‑based architecture and cloud migration projects.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and technical planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience with C#.NET/.NET Core and WinForms or WPF.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
