NetSuite System Administrator

About the role

Franchise Brands is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Administrator to optimise and manage its ERP landscape. The role bridges finance and IT, ensuring the NetSuite environment supports the business’s rapid growth across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line NetSuite support, including roles, permissions, dashboards and reports.
• Design, configure and maintain Suiteflows, SuiteApprovals, custom records, fields and forms.
• Customize NetSuite to meet business needs through saved searches, SuiteAnalytics and reporting.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Manage data migration, integrations and ERP best‑practice alignment.
• Deliver user training, create adoption materials and support change management.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and own the technology roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and related NetSuite modules.
• Experience implementing NetSuite solutions or supporting professional services projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive project pipelines.
