Network and Support Executive (Senior)

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Network and Support Executive to manage day‑to‑day network operations, cloud administration, user access, and security across its global infrastructure. The role reports to the Assistant Manager / IT Manager and is full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve network and IT support tickets within SLA, covering connectivity, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN and related services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, groups, licenses and cloud‑app security.
• Create and manage AD, email, network and VPN accounts for new joiners; disable accounts for leavers on the same day.
• Maintain firewalls, routers, switches and UniFi access points; monitor uptime and performance.
• Monitor server health, perform daily backups and act on backup failures.
• Ensure all laptops and desktops are encrypted with BitLocker and maintain compliance records.
