Network Automation Engineer (Python/Ansible)

About the role

We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer to design and deliver automated infrastructure solutions for our plant management and certification processes. The role combines Python development, Ansible automation and deep networking knowledge to create scalable, on‑demand services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation pipelines for plant management and certification using Python and Ansible.
• Design, build and extend APIs that enable infrastructure‑as‑a‑service capabilities.
• Automate lab‑based testing for new hardware and software certifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide advanced (P3) level support for network process automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience automating installation, configuration or management of infrastructure with Python, Ansible, Shell or similar scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols across all layers (TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL).
• Familiarity with distributed web applications and their underlying infrastructure.
• Comfortable working in a Linux command‑line environment.
• Ability to operate at an advanced senior level in network automation.
