Network & Infrastructure Manager (Wembley)

About the role

We are supporting a major organisation in Wembley that is undergoing a significant digital transformation. As the Network & Infrastructure Manager you will ensure 24/7 continuity of core IT services while leading a skilled team to improve stability, security and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations of data centres, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and server environments.
• Define and enforce SOPs for backups, disaster recovery, patch management and hardware lifecycle.
• Maintain reliable connectivity between legacy systems and modern application platforms.
• Oversee internal security monitoring and coordinate with external SOC/MDR partners.
• Lead incident, problem and root‑cause analysis activities.
• Mentor and develop the infrastructure and network team.
• Manage relationships with ISPs, vendors and Managed Service Providers.
• Control infrastructure budgets, hardware procurement and vendor spend.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in large‑scale environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams under pressure.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (incident, problem, change).
• Experience working with SLA‑driven environments and ITSM tools such as Jira.
