Network Planner – Supply Chain Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a Network Planner to improve the end‑to‑end flow of goods across our food supply chain. You will support the transformation of our network, including the rollout of new National Distribution Centres, ensuring stores receive the right products at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen partnerships with Supply Chain, Logistics, Category and Finance teams to enable better decisions and smoother operational flow.
• Develop and deliver a proactive flow optimisation framework that identifies constraints across the network.
• Use data and insight to optimise volume flow through National and Regional Distribution Centres, smoothing seasonal peaks.
• Improve processes and management information to increase insight quality and reduce manual effort.
• Support the transition into new National Distribution Centres, ensuring operational readiness and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships across varied teams.
• Highly numerate with an analytical mindset.
• Engaging communicator who presents information clearly and simply.
• Motivated, curious and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capability.
