Network Risk Analyst

About the role

The Network Risk Analyst will join the Night Operations Team in Enfield, supporting the planning and coordination of night‑time field work for a leading water‑industry specialist. The role involves analysing operational data, preparing permits, completing risk assessments and providing essential administrative support to ensure safe and efficient delivery of work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse District Metered Area (DMA) data to aid operational planning and decision‑making.
• Prepare and issue permits for night field teams in line with company procedures.
• Complete water quality assessments and assist in drafting Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Identify and escalate customer and operational risks as required.
• Accurately input, maintain and update operational data across internal systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job records throughout the work lifecycle.
• Produce, review and process operational reports to monitor performance.
• Liaise with operational teams to support timely completion of planned works.
• Provide general administrative support, respond to queries and prepare documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Experience in job scheduling, permit administration or operational planning.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data‑accuracy skills.
• Organisational ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with operational teams.
