Network & Systems Administrator (Hybrid, South Cambridge)

About the role

We are seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to join our growing infrastructure team in South Cambridge. This hybrid position (three days onsite) offers the chance to work with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and manage server racks, internal networks, power distribution, and cabling.
• Install and configure customer equipment.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and physical inventory using Git.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, networking issues, and test automation environments.
• Deploy and maintain core infrastructure components such as switches, PDUs, and UPS systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Linux systems administration.
• Strong networking knowledge, including VLANs, routing, link aggregation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with network cabling, routing, firewalls, and rack installation best practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
