Neurodevelopment Support Worker

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the evolving Neurodevelopmental Service within a leading health board. You will support neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, working closely with experienced clinicians in a person‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Collect, record and manage assessment data under supervision.
• Provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team, including scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health board policies.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
